Apollo Workspace at twilight — brick masonry exterior with timber detail, the building catching golden hour

Apollo Workspace

Curated private workspace inside Townsend — structural brick, timber ceilings, a window in every office. Coworking-adjacent, not coworking. Pre-leasing now.

Apollo Workspace is Phase 1 of Townsend — a curated private workspace for serious professionals who want more than a coffee shop or a cookie-cutter office park. It is coworking-adjacent, but it is not coworking: the community is capped, the offices are real and private, and the building is made to be worked in for thirty years.

The architecture does the work. Structural brick masonry and timber ceilings. A window in every office. Daylit interiors, courtyards worth lingering in, reverse-osmosis water, good coffee and tea, and norms built around deep work rather than performance.

It sits inside a walkable block in downtown Edmond — park once and spend the day on foot, or skip the car entirely. Cultivate your best work.
