Apollo Workspace is Phase 1 of Townsend, and the point where Building Culture steps further into operations. Rather than hand a finished building to an outside operator, we run Apollo ourselves — and hold it for the long term with our investing partners.
We carry one vision through every part of Apollo — the design, the construction, and the daily experience of the people who work there. That experience becomes the engine of value: people seek the place out, and the longer we hold it, the more it earns, and the more it is worth.
The buildings are structural brick masonry, Building Culture's flagship craft, with timber ceilings, deep-set windows, and exposed brick inside. A window in every office, sunlit courtyards, and a walkable block beyond the door, where 35-plus restaurants, coffee shops, and a three-acre park sit within a ten-minute walk.
Underneath it is the conviction behind everything we build: that place shapes the quality of everyday life.
