Townsend (breaking ground December 2025)

Designed and developed entirely in-house, Townsend brings together timeless architecture, enduring materials, and a human-scaled network of courtyards and outdoor spaces to create a place that feels both new and familiar. Phase I introduces Apollo, our signature professional workspace, alongside two live/work residences and a central courtyard designed for gatherings and daily encounters. Phase II will introduce 18 townhomes ranging from 1,200 - 2,500 SF. Townsend reflects our belief that development can once again serve people and place — not just profit. It’s a prototype for how we hope to build across America: one neighborhood at a time, rooted in craft, culture, and long-term stewardship.
