Townsend

A walkable mixed-use block in the heart of downtown Edmond: workspace, live-work units, and for-sale townhomes set around courtyards.

Townsend is the flagship Building Culture development, a walkable block in the heart of downtown Edmond, designed, built, and developed by the same team. Workspace, homes, shop-homes, and courtyards are woven into one neighborhood instead of scattered across a parking lot.

It comes together in phases. Phase 1, now under construction, brings Apollo Workspace and two live-work units around shared courtyards, opening in spring 2027. Phase 2 introduces twelve townhomes — real urban living for people who want a more connected, simpler, more beautiful lifestyle — with pre-sales starting fall 2026. Phase 3 adds six more townhomes on the south block.

Apollo Workspace anchors the block: three buildings built with structural brick masonry, the way the historic districts we love were made to stand for centuries. The rest of Townsend is built to the same standard of craft and quality.

Most of Townsend is for sale: the live-work units and the townhomes belong to the people who make their lives there. Building Culture, with our investing partners, holds and operates Apollo Workspace for the long term, and a tax-increment financing agreement with the City supports the public infrastructure as the phases complete.

Townsend is the fullest expression yet of why Building Culture exists: to revive the American city, one block at a time.
