The Bend

A pocket neighborhood of structural masonry homes — the small-scale blueprint for everything that came after.

The Bend at Carlton Landing is where the Building Culture playbook took its current shape: a tight cluster of structural masonry homes, designed and built by the same team that drew them.

Two awards — Emerging Excellence in the Classical Tradition (ICAA, 2020) and a Design Excellence Award from the Urban Guild (2021) — and a neighborhood that's better today than the day it was finished.

It is the small-scale blueprint for everything that came after.
